Christ the Redeemer RPC Church History
Instituted June 2005 with 5 members as a particular church in the Reformed Presbyterian Church General Assembly
Our Pastor, Dan Kistler, was first ordained in the Conservative Baptist Association in 1975 by Pastor Brad Collins,
in order to serve as the
Chaplain of the California Association of Highway Patrolmen.
In 1998 our Pastor was ordained by the Puget Island First Free Church.
In 2000, Puget Island First Free Church was installed as a particular churchin the Orthodox Presbyterian Church. (OPC)
In 2003, our Pastor completed his M.Div. at Whitefield Theological Seminary and continued to serve Puget Island OPC until
2005 when he moved to Eureka, CA.
In April 2005 our Pastor was ordained in the Reformed Presbyterian Church General Assembly and assigned to the Christ the
Redeemer Reformed Presbyterian Church.
